We rounded out our production staff with the most well-rounded person we could find. Janiessa’s background in coordination at the Atlanta Airport took her tech smarts to a new height and exposed her to emergency response, always a good thing in our line of work. After working at the world’s busiest airport, whatever we throw at her is a breeze.

Guiding principle: There are three solutions to every problem: accept it, change it, leave it. If you can’t accept it, change it. If you can’t change it, leave it.
